This survey has been conducted by the Consumer Protection Association, and is compiled from the consumer survey. This is completed by every customer on their application for an insurance backed guarantee, when their home improvement has been completed.

We request the homeowner to complete the survey to enable prospective customers to see a "snapshot" of installations undertaken. As you can see from the pie chart, about 29% of the results were Excellent and about 48% of the results were Very Good.
